Tomas Aparicio

Welcome to my homepage

I am an international research scientist, specialized in chromosome biology and molecular oncology.

With an analytical mind and being passionate about innovation and improvement, over the years, I have acquired wide knowledge and experience in a broad variety of techniques in molecular biology and protein biochemistry, strong skills in scientific publication, grant writing, and I have successful mentored undergraduate students and technicians.

Additionally, I have developed valuable transferable skills such as strong time management, notable adaptability, project management and concise communication. I have also developed and conducted projects outside the lab in a collaborative team setting. I enjoy working in data-driven problem-solving environments, and I am an advocate for technology transfer and science outreach.
